A network of all-weather and natural routes

There are firm paths forming a circular route of about 2miles (3km) through the woods. However, only people with good mobility on sloping paths should attempt a complete circuit. If you are unsure of your mobility, you are advised to follow the path in a clockwise direction starting with the difficult section.

For an easier "out and back" route, follow Penn Bottom Path to the East

Visitor Information

  • Please note that there are limited car parking spaces, therefore it is best to avoid times likely to be busy.
  • Open from dawn until dusk.
  • Nearest public/disabled toilets and refreshment are in Hazlemere.
